The presentation of the law–enforcement manual entitled "The Criminal Procedure Status of the RA National Security Service as an Investigative Body", published by the decision of the SEC Council was held at the Scientific-Educational Center of the RA NSS.

The work, based on the experience gained during the investigative activities carried out by the RA national security bodies and the analysis of the revised legislation in the field, as well as using materials from judicial practice, addresses key issues of the criminal procedure status of the RA NSS as an investigative body.
The work may be useful for students of the SEC of the RA NSS, employees of the RA NSS and other bodies of investigation and law enforcement system, as well as undergraduate and graduate students of law schools and faculties, and, in general, lawyers studying criminal procedural issues.
